Shipping Policy

At Made by Devine, we know you are eager to receive your new stationery and creative essentials. We strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly and securely as possible.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
  • Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Currently, Made by Devine exclusively ships within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We typically offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): * Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.
    • Cost: £3.95 (or Free for orders over £40.00).
  • Express Shipping (Tracked): * Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
    • Cost: £5.95.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier network issues or severe weather, which are outside of our control.

4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier’s system.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@madebydevine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. MISSING, LOST, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

  • Damaged Items: We carefully package our stationery to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@madebydevine.com with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition and the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Lost Parcels: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery office. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DEVINE MARKETING LIMITED is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
